Organising The Workplace To Enable Creativity

You have no energy you have no push to want to create the product that innovates and transcends human possibilities. You do want to be communicative, or impassioned. Monday is not your day. The reason this happens is because our workplaces do not support, or encourage you, or support you to be creative. I have seen thousands of lifeless people going to jobs, and workplaces that do not support their best selves.
By using the Teresa Amabile progress principle we can directly evaluate the systems, and controls in place which either debilitate creativity, or enhance creativity. Creativity is the ability to produce, and I think it is goes without saying that there is a paradox to creativity. Passion without creativity is rice without water they are directly connected.
Our cultural narrative has supported oppression in the most subtlest, and most passive ways. Our workplace does not represent the power of creativity it represents the power of conformity. Conformity has become the enemy of collective human progress, by devaluing group individuality we have an undignified culture that supports unoriginality. If creativity truly, and frankly flourished then the workplace would be a model of that power. Creativity is the joyous application of thought into reality.
